Your privacy matters. Justifi collects only what's needed to assess your case. We do not sell your data. We store it securely on Canadian-compliant infrastructure and give you full control over your information.

1 Who We Are

Justifi ("we", "us", "our") operates the AI-powered legal information platform at justifi.ca. We are based in Ontario, Canada, and are subject to Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

2 Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide you with a useful legal assessment:

9 Children's Privacy

Justifi is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our platform, please contact us at brandon@justifi.ca.

10 Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., legal resources, law societies). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies. Our Privacy Policy applies only to information collected directly by Justifi.

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of Justifi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
